We offer different party packages for private groups and families as well as an option for bigger events and venues. All are tailored to fit your needs!

Why do we use a cart?

The cart offers multiple benefits. It allows up to three little kids to ride together, providing companionship, or just one child can enjoy a special ride. Additionally, older kids and parents can join in the fun with friends and family. To ensure safety and a unique experience, we opt for the cart, as horses can be unpredictable.

Our reliable ponies, Strider and Tilly, excel at their jobs. The kids are always eager for a faster pace, and the cart allows for that since it’s smoother and safer than a trot on horseback. They adore cart rides because they can bond with friends and interact with the minis. While some kids enjoy ride, others often play together or take photos with our unicorn.

The Venue

We have two folding tables, two patio tables and about 14 chairs. the "unloading and loading" zone is on the other side of the gazebo. Tables are usually set up either on the backside of the white fence or under the gazebo.

Shade

The tree beside the gazebo is perfect for hanging piñatas and also leaves out as one of two nice shade trees.

Electricity

We do have electricity available but no kitchen for public use so we advise bringing something for food on hotter summer days.

Restrooms

There are restrooms available.

Venue Only Rental

Please note that because we book multiple parties per day, all parties will have 30 minutes to set up before and 30 min to take down their setup after the booked time, unless extra time has been booked.

1 extra hour without ponies is $100

If you wish to rent just our venue with our basic setup.

The Party

At our venue, there are two folding tables with chairs and a few patio tables with chairs for a total of 14 chairs. The 1 and 2-hour times are just for my services with the minis, that is just the time I will be out there with the minis. Guests are welcome to setup 30 minutes before and have 30 minutes after for clean-up. Extra time can be added on for $100 for 30 minutes. Please check our calendar and let us know.

Food

We do not provide food or decorations, which will have to be brought and set up before the party.

Rules

Absolutely No Running around the minis!

When walking behind the minis, place a hand on their behind or talk to let them know you're there.

Weight Limits

Our main riding pony, Badger, has a weight limit of 100 lbs, and Tilly has a weight limit of 50 lbs. Most adults can ride in the cart.

Little Rein Pony Parties reserves the right to refuse rides over certain weights for our mini's safety.

When booking your party, please state whether you would like

Option "Unicorn": Strider the Unicorn in the cart and pony rides (100lb pony ride weight limit)

Option "Pony Ride": One mini and one pony both giving pony rides (60-100lb weight limit)

Option "Cart": Strider and Tilly in carts (Unicorn included in our "princess cart")

This option is for parties with larger kids past the weight limit.

Two or Three Pony: Unless stated, all parties are 2 minis, but a 3rd can be added for an extra $100

Pony or Cart Rides

30 Minutes: one family/rider

30 minutes of just lead line riding for a little one, 100lbs or under.
This is designed for families who don't know anyone in the area but still would like a little party for the kids, or anyone who just would like this option.
There is a strict limit of 100 lb for pony rides or 300lbs for the cart.

Jax the Cat

Our venue is home to two cats but one in particular always comes out and joins every party and that is Jax the Ragdoll.
