How to Book

Step 1: Fill out the booking form below. See our calender at the bottom of the page. 

Step 2: Wait for us to confirm that date and time via Text or Email

Step 3: Pay our $100 deposit (rest is due day of)

Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle and Cash accepted. Please include Name, Date and Pony Option in the comments when paying.

Step 4: Sign our Waiver, and please send it to anyone participating in riding.

 Our Deposit it $100, not $98.95 etc.

Please do NOT choose "goods and services". Deposit will not be accepted if less than $100 or will be added to final payment.

$25 deposit for 30-minute pony rides

$​40 for Rent-a-mini

Liability Waiver

A liability waiver needs to be signed by all parents of every child participating before riding in anything. Fill out the online form or print, sign and bring to the party or send a filled out PDF file to littlereinponyparties@hotmail.com

Venue Only Rental

Please note that because we book multiple parties per day, all parties will have 30 minutes to set up before and 30 min to take down their setup after the booked time, unless extra time has been booked.

1 hour without ponies is $100 

If you wish to rent just our venue with our basic setup.

1 hour $150 

2 Hours $250

Late Arrival and Cancellation Policy

We do our best to be as flexible as possible; however, please note that arriving late may reduce your service time, as appointments must end at the originally scheduled time. Especially during the busy season, when we host multiple parties each day, staying on schedule ensures every group receives the best possible experience. If you let us know in advance that you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if there’s no communication within 10 minutes of your scheduled start time, your appointment may be considered a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited, and the event may be canceled to stay on schedule for other clients. We understand that plans can change, and we ask for advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations, without a reschedule, made less than 24 hours before the event will forfeit the deposit. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Events Calendar

Events and parties are listed here for you to check the availability of your desired time slot but always check with us first before paying to confirm dates and times.

We allow 30 min before and 30 min after for setup and take-down, so please allow 1 hour between the "end" of one event and the start time of another. Additional time will be needed for travel events. 

Events need to conclude 30 min before sundown
